The Isis Software Incubator, part of Isis Innovation, the University of Oxford’s technology commercialisation company, and City University London, have announced a new partnership.

Students from both universities can access entrepreneurship support, events and initiatives from either institution.  width=350 height=247 align=right hspace=3 vspace=3 /></p>
<p>Isis Software Incubator start-ups looking to bring their entrepreneurial ideas to London can use City’s co-working space The Hangout, whilst City’s students can access the vibrant tech and event networks surrounding the UK’s oldest University.</p>
<p>The partnership was formally launched at an event at The Hangout: <em>‘Silicon Spires meets Silicon Roundabout’</em>, an evening of presentations and networking. Jeff Lynn, Co- Founder of Oxford based crowd funding start-up, Seedrs and five other Oxford start-ups introduced their companies.</p>
<p>Roy Azoulay, Senior Technology Transfer Manager at Isis Innovation said: “We are delighted to be partnering with City University London to help connect the two tech communities in London and Oxford. City’s proximity to Silicon Roundabout offers a unique opportunity for entrepreneurs to live and breathe this vibrant cluster and I am looking forward to many exciting collaborations emerging from this new partnership.”</p>
